Documentation Needed to Process Loan Application

  1. Original sales contract with signatures from all parties.
  2. Name, address and phone number of all employers for the past two years.
  3. Self-employed borrowers need personal tax returns for the past two years.
  4. Commissioned borrowers must have past two years personal tax returns.
  5. Paycheck stubs to cover the most current month.
  6. Name, address and account number for all creditors along with the minimum monthly payment and current balance.
  7. Current homeowners need the complete address, name, phone number and account number for the mortgage company.
  8. Name, address and daytime phone number for all landlords in the past two years.
  9. Bank statements for the past 2 months on all checking, savings, 401K plans and stocks.
  10. Picture I.D. and social security card.
  11. For divorced or separated persons, a complete copy of final decree or separation agreement.
  12. Bankruptcy persons must have the complete copy of bankruptcy and discharge papers.
  13. Complete legal description, age of house, lot dimensions, name and phone number of person to contact for entrance to house.
  14. If applying for a VA loan, you must have your DD214.
  15. Last two year's W-2's
  16. Cash or check made payable to Pine State Mortgage for credit report and appraisal.

    APPRAISAL: $300.00
