the past two years.
- Self-employed
borrowers need personal tax returns for the
past two years.
- Commissioned
borrowers must have past two years personal
tax returns.
- Paycheck
stubs to cover the most current month.
- Name,
address and account number for all creditors
along with the minimum monthly payment and current
balance.
- Current
homeowners need the complete address, name,
phone number and account number for the mortgage
company.
- Name,
address and daytime phone number for all landlords
in the past two years.
- Bank statements
for the past 2 months on all checking, savings,
401K plans and stocks.
- Picture
I.D. and social security card.
- For divorced
or separated persons, a complete copy of final
decree or separation agreement.
- Bankruptcy
persons must have the complete copy of bankruptcy
and discharge papers.
- Complete
legal description, age of house, lot dimensions,
name and phone number of person to contact for
entrance to house.
- If applying
for a VA loan, you must have your DD214.
- Last two
year's W-2's
- Cash or
check made payable to Pine State Mortgage for
credit report and appraisal.
